G. Governing Law; Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, USA without reference to the principles of conflicts of laws thereof and without regard to where in the world you are located, or from where in the world you visited this site.

H. General Considerations
Any rights not expressly granted herein are reserved by Fintura. Any express waiver or failure by Fintura to exercise promptly any right under the Terms will not create any obligation by Fintura to provide a continuing waiver or any expectation on the part of any user of this Site of non-enforcement by Fintura. If any provision of the Terms is held invalid by any law or regulation of any government, or by any court with jurisdiction, the parties agree that such provision will be replaced with an alternative provision that accomplishes the original business purpose, and that all other provisions and obligations of the Terms will remain in full force and effect.
